Returns & Refunds

Don’t like the product or the size isn’t right? No problem!
From the day you receive your package, you have 14 days to change your mind and return the product – and we will refund the purchase price.

How does it work? In 4 simple steps:

1. Contact us!

Send a short email within 14 days to return@voguepremiere.com to let us know you would like to return the product.
Please include your order number and name in the email.
No explanation is required.

2. Pack the product!

The product must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

3. Send the package back!

After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the package to the following address:

2083 Solymár, Mátyás király utca 105., Hungary.

• Days 1–10: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• Days 11–14: A 4,990 Ft handling fee will be charged in addition to return shipping.

4. Wait for your refund!

Once the returned item arrives and has been inspected, we will refund the purchase price within a few days.
