Shipping Areas
Delivery is available exclusively within the territory of the European Union
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are fixed and independent of the size or weight of the package. The applicable delivery fees are as follows:
For Hungary:
- GLS Home Delivery: 2,090 HUF
- GLS Pickup Point Delivery: 1,190 HUF
- GLS Parcel Locker Delivery: 1,090 HUF
- MPL Home Delivery: 4,990 HUF
For the rest of the European Union:
- Standart Home Delivery(Minimum 50 EUR Cart Total): 5 EUR
- GLS Pickup Point Delivery: 6 EUR, 31 RON, 25 PLN, 143 CZK
- GLS Parcel Locker Delivery: 6 EUR, 31 RON, 25 PLN, 143 CZK
Free delivery above: 100.000 HUF, 285 EUR, 1487 RON, 1206 PLN, 6859 CZK
Delivery Time (Order Processing & Transit)
Our total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. To provide full transparency, this process is divided into processing and transit times:
- Order Cut-off Time: 14:00 (CET/CEST). Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
- Handling (Processing) Time: 1–3 business days (fulfilled Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: 4–7 business days (shipped Monday to Friday).
Delivery details will be communicated to the Customer by GLS, MPL, FedEx within via email and SMS during the order process. If the shipment originates from an external warehouse, the delivery time may be longer. If the indicated delivery time cannot be met, the Merchant will notify the Customer by email without delay.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and once packaged, they are delivered to the specified address, pickup point, or parcel locker by GLS, MPL, FedEx.
Payment Methods
The Customer may pay for the ordered products in advance during the checkout process using the available online payment methods.
Cash on delivery is not available.
Damaged Package
If the Customer notices any damage to the packaging or the product at the time of delivery, the Merchant will provide free return and replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
